Normally when surrounded by nature, nature photography should follow. While this is true, and as evidenced by above did indeed take place, for a large chunk of this we were parked on a bog-side platform in observance of our teacher. Stationary students staring and fidgeting while their professor expounded on the process of sample-core drilling make for good subjects. The results are as follows.

Overdue Part 2: Transvalsaynia

Some people call it gaudy, but I really like the overblown electric spectacle that takes place in Valsayn at Christmas. Of course, it is an environmental nightmare in terms of energy expense.
